Was basically chased out of line for ordering. Pulled in around 930 pm and finally set mt order after 950pm. The crew was rude... and short with my family. They messed up my order and didn't even give me a bags for fries. I asked for a receipt because I knewmy order would be wrong and now I can't even go back and fix my order. Ridiculous experience. I went through the drive thru the man who took my order was we very polite and he repeated my order back to me to make sure we... had it all correct. When I pulled up to the window the young lady was there was very polite and had a smile and she thanked mefor dinning with Popeyes.Our food was hot, and everything was correct. I drove 30 minutes to get home and my food was still hot!Thank you all so much for the great service !! Worth the drive! The best Popeyes we have been to! We will be back!! Read more
They just threw my fries onto the bottom of my bag. They told my delivery driver that I couldn't order just a chicken... sandwich... huh? Apparently you can't get a side order of extra gravy either. The last time I ordered, they gave me a chickensandwich so overcooked that I literally couldn't even chew it so threw it away. I gave them another chance because orders in thepast were good, but they went downhill quick in the last year. I gave them a second chance and service was terrible. Great service. Friendly staff. Food was crispy, hot, and fresh. Little wait but that?s ok as long as the food is fresh. Only... thing is they always forget my fork(s) with my order. Maybe it?s their way of telling me to dip the chicken in the beans andrice? Read more
It?s a hit or miss just like any other restaurant. You have to catch them on a good day?.when they are not running out of... chicken (spicy wings). I really don?t like how the chicken tenders are Always small and so crunchy?it?s not worth the price! Read more
Need I say more. It?s supposed to be 1/4 lb of popcorn shrimp. I ate about 5 small pieces which was all crunch so I finally... decided to open up the pieces to find out why it was super crunchy. That is supposed to be shrimp under the fried portion. Read more
Not a fan of this location. I used the drive thru but was asked to wait. No cars were in front of me, but I waited about 5... minutes before my order was taken. They were out of the cinnamon apple pies. At the pickup window the young lady didn?t looklike she wanted to be there. She wasn?t rude or friendly. She was just there if you know what I mean. Another lady was hosingdown the floor behind the counter. This was 2 hours before closing. The chicken nuggets & biscuit were warm and tasted great. The fries were barely warm and tasted old. Good food but the portions are a joke. If the stay the same I will not eat there again. I got 2 bites from my red beans and... rice. That is not cool raise the price and make smaller portions really?? I'm wondering if upper management have lost it. Goodluck staying in business ripping off your loyal customers. Read more
