I walked down to the Subway in this Scott and White hospital for a quick bite after a long day. When I got back up to my... husbands hospital room I realized the bread was very hard. Not fresh at all. There was also a ridiculous amount of mustardmaking it impossible to eat. . My husband is just out of surgery and needs my help with everything, making hard to go back downto the cafeteria to have it corrected. Just sitting here hungry and disappointed ???? Read more
Ordered a foot long club sandwich with all the roast beef on one half and the sandwich toasted. She put two slices of turkey,... the two of ham and two of roast beef, none overlapping. We asked about it but decided not to push until after we took a goodlook at the sandwich. It was missing meat. I had to take the sandwich back and complain. In addition, the bread was burnt by thetoasting. We will avoid this location in the future. Read more
Always a pleasant visit. Great soups and great varieties of food there from wraps to salads to sandwiches and pizzas and flats... bread subs. Love the seasonal subs like the oven roasted chicken and the puples porked sub. The drink selection is basic but ilove the fuze sweet tea they have and the chocolate milk they also have fruit punch. I love the double chocolate chip cookiesbut they are all really good and they are always fresh like they just came out the oven.All the topping choices are amazing andall the dressing choices ive had to switch it up every time just so i can try them all. They have several different choices forcheese and i always get any sandwich toasted that's the way to go add a little bacon.. Love the online ordering, the catering....the sweet tea and apparently everyone else loves it since they are always out or... making more. Produce is usually fresh and the staff is somewhat friendly. I do not like the fact that if I buy a sandwich andeat in my office (which I do daily)...I can't get a refill on my drink. I think I should be entitled to one refill. Read more
Negatives for this visit. *Stated was cash only. *Stated systems had been down or slow for 2, maybe 3 days now. *No tea... available as of 8:45p. *No assorted drinks available. Only fountain drinks. *At 9:50p, Male employee informed us we had 10minutes to finish & leave. ***ALSO at 10p, male employee left shop, got into his vehicle and left fellow employee alone.
