They are always working hard everytime I come in, sometimes they are short handed but still get the job done and do it with... smiles on their faces! Never had a problem with the food here or the staff in general. However, I frequent this Taco Bell often and their "system" is... down way too often and they either aren't accepting credit cards or not accepting orders in general. It's almost to the pointwhere I'm going to start calling to see if their "system" is working before I drive there. It's pretty annoying andinconvenient. Read more
Pay your staff more and the service here wouldn't suck so bad! I give this place four stars instead of one solely because the... staff behind the counter do everything they can with what little they are given! In fact upper management here is so poor thattoo often they run out of prepared food and force waits of 30 plus minutes for an order! Step it up Taco Bell and pay yourpeople appropriately! I wish I could say this opinion is isolated to just this Taco Bell but unfortunately I would give the samereview to every Taco Bell in the Temple/Belton area! Read more
I've been here multiple times and always have a good experience as this is a pretty consistent location. The employees are... serious and responsible and they really seem to care about the customers. The restaurant is clean and the condiments bar isstocked. The food came out as expectedand it was good! Read more
I love taco bell, but don't go often. This was my first visit to this location. I ordered 3 soft taco supremes, a baja blast,... and a side of nachos and cheese. The bag had about 3 or 4 chips in it and some crumbs. Cheese that was half full maybe. Andmy tacos had all the topping bits at the bottom of the paper bag. Like they were sloppily made, sloppily wrapped and of coursesloppily spilled out. It was a mess that I paid 10 bucks for. The Baja blast was great though lol. Will post pics aswell. Edited review, pics were deleted as if pics of sloppy tacos are inappropriate ???? Reposted. And will call corporatefor a refund since management from this location hasn't responded appropriately...
