They serve breakfast, but don't open until 9. Ordered shortly after opening and the eggs in the burrito were so cold I couldn't... eat it. Outside was warm, inside cold. Usually everything is great, friendly service and decent food. I'm sure this was anisolated event and not a reflection of this location as a whole. Definitely better than waiting 45minutes or more at thewhataburger drive through when you are the only one in line. Read more
The lady that took our order was amazing and has great customer service. Now as far as my order goes it was horrible I ordered... no fiesta strips on my burrito and they were on my burrito. My chicken quesadilla was not cut at all. I asked for mild saucedidn?t get it or napkins. All them employees got headsets on and couldn?t get our order right. This place has floating hours for breakfast. They never seem to have breakfast items no matter the time. Even when you call... ahead, they tell you they have every thing needed. 5 minutes later they are no longer serving breakfast and their hours say youhave an hour to go. Very poor management and customer service. Go to another Taco Bell or What a Burger better yet Denny's andWendy's is just across the street and chick a file just around the corner. Read more
I visit this location at least once a week. I always order a cup of ice water with my meal. The last 4 weeks the water has the... taste of mold. I skipped a week bc I thought it might have been my taste buds but today the water was worse. Don't know if thewater and ice come from the same machine but which ever it is, it needs to cleaned. 2 stars for moldy water. Read more
The staff here is very friendly. They always go the extra mile on service. I'm disabled and have a hard time getting around.... They bring my order to me and check at least twice for drink refills. This is the only place I've been where this is constantlydone by all the staff. It's great especially since they don't have to. They also don't have problems with special orders. It'salways clean on top of everything else. Who ever is in charge is doing a good job of training their staff. Read more
This location is absolutely terrible. It is very rare that your order is correct. It's not that hard to read a ticket and put... the proper stuff in a bag. I understand that mistakes are made, we are all human, but the last 3 times I have been to thislocation I have been missing food. Read more
Why I ordered chicken from Taco Bell ???????. They are the worst. 4 out of the 8 were just breading, no chicken. And so dried... out and crunchy, they were un-edible. 2 of the other ones had stale pita bread. Again I?m-editable. And to top it all off. Theyovercharge at this location. Taco bell in general is always going to be meh, but this location has somehow managed to make the experience even more difficult... as well as shameful. They're always out of something that any fast food restaurant should never be out of including but notlimited to: drinks (somehow all of them?), and my personal favorite was when they were out of beef.
