I have been a handful of times and have usually come away feeling happy however the consistancy is just not here. Today I was... given chips that were stale to the point of not being edible and the burrito was NOT rolled. I opened up the wrapper and itlooked like diarrhea in tin foil basically fork food from the moment it was opened. I let them know about the chips and theysaid "they knew". Why would you sell product to your consumer knowing it is disgusting? No refund was offered. I just don'tunderstand if the product is bad and you are aware why would management not warn customer or not offer it all together?Everything here makes me think there is a leader that is emotionally checked out leaving the ship to pilot itself. The staff isalways great this is a management issue. Quality control is desperately needed and burrito rolling retrains wouldn't hurt. Read more
Only 1 star because I cannot leave less. The staff here, especially those working the night shift 8/17 in the evening, is... extremely rude. Today was the second time I try and come in after work (at 7pm) and they tell me the lobby is closed l, todaythis girl started waving her hand and repeating"bye" in my face like a toddler. If the lobby is closed, and only the drive thruis open, put a sign on the door, change the dine in hours,post it somewhere. Also, if you've discontinued items from seasonalmenus, take them off the drive thru board. Last time I tried coming here maybe a month ago, and got the same story of the lobbyclosed, I tried ordering things on the drive thru board and posted online only to be told theyve "been out for weeks andprobably won't get it again" . The staff working on Saturday evening on the 13th of August was exceptionally helpful and polite. It was a very good experience... that prompts me to return the following day. The meal items themselves were the Tex-Mex version of comfort food. I seldom visitTaco Cabana, which makes back to back trips noteworthy. I thought the Churros we're perfect, and that along with Tacos made withcorn tortillas made for a nice snack. Read more
Cabana Sampler ordered thru the drive threw. Chicken taco was way over salted and more sauce than meat, very little cheese and... well pictures speak for itself on the rest of the plate. Drive thru employee messed up change and acted like we wereinconveniencing everyone. Read more
This place is sadly on its last legs. This has always been my favorite place to eat but they seem to be getting worse and worse.... My biggest problem is they never have the lobby open, its always drive thru only. The salsa bar is still closed, and sometimesthe food can be quite disappointing. I truly hope they get it together soon because at this rate they are headed to being shutdown with all the business they are losing. Read more
Hands down the best margaritas! The customer service was superb. The food was delicious and seasoned to perfection. I was... surprised at how delicious is is but I wish they would build one in Killeen. Temple is cool but to be closer too home would makea hugger difference. I tried Taco Cabana years ago and didn't care for them. Well here I am now and they're pretty good. The prices are decent too. I... now recommend them. Drop in if you've never been here. My sister and I had Fuzzy's tacos last night...and I had theirnachos...they lacked enough queso...I think Taco Cabana got them beat! Read more
Came here at 8:30pm they close at 10:00pm, and they were ready to close the restaurant. Everything was like they were ready to... close and they ask me twice if I wanted to dine in or to go. Used to love eating there but every time it seems to be gettingworst. Read more
