Pretty good. The to-go salad lid worked really well as a makeshift repair of my broken blinker light casing.
David and Jeff the two older gentleman have treated me and several of my friends and my wife with the up most service, greeting... us with smiles and jokes nearly every time. Update delivering for door dash and this place is still horrible... I don't get it there is plenty of staff only a few... working......The worst and most disgusting whataburger I have ever experienced. The floors in the bathroom were just mopped butthere was standing water. Like they didn't ring out the mop the food was horrible and the employees will walk by you withouteven acknowledging your in line. Then 3 employees who did not appear to be on break but apparently was hungry stood in line toorder in front of a customer. Horrible experience. Read more
Shout out to the crew at this Whataburger location. Their manager, Rachel, was extremely professional. Tonight she took my... phone order (because the order was too large to complete online). She didn't rush me while on the phone. She took and made sureto repeat the entire order before hanging up. When I arrived at the store, she greeted me and then thanked me for helping hercrew out by calling ahead. I love Whataburger. When we were out of state I missed it so much. It's the best burgers ever. Today in my app I could get the... Patty melt meal for buying the drink and the French fries and you get the patty melt free. With those grilled onions it was sogood. I try to take advantage of all the offers I get in the app. I had been in the hospital and I got out yesterday just intime to redeem mine today. I don't go anywhere else for a hamburger now or breakfast. I love their breakfast Burger that's myfavorite. I hope Whataburger stays the same forever and never changes. Read more
It was really good. The burgers really remind me of Sonic, just with more flavor. The fries were your regular cookie cutter fast... food fries. The onion rings were AMAZING. They were not too much onion, and not too much batter. Just the right balance... andthey had flavor. The strawberry shake was decent, just a little too thick. I placed an order on the app that was suppose to be ready at 5:31pm. I didn?t receive the order until 6:15 and I arrived at 5:37... to pick it up. They said it was because they were waiting on fries. Bull?. The person that took my order Amanda also made thedrinks one was the white chocolate raspberry shake. And she gave me vanilla. So I asked her to remake it. And with and attitudeshe did. And because she remade it I took it for granted it was right??wrong I drive all the way home to find out it was vanillaagain. So I came back to the store and told Amanda it was wrong again and she started to argue with me about it. And I had toget the manager involved to help with getting me the right shake.
