I've been waiting for most 20 minutes to receive my order. I figured out I received the wrong item when I got home. I ordered 10... pc mixed chicken but got 10 pc leg & thigh. I went back to the store to correct it. The staff was talking to another staff inSpanish to clarify the problem. They were laughing and talking, didn't take any action immediately, but wasting my time.Eventually, I received the correct item I ordered, but I didn't receive any respect or reimbursement in the whole process. WhenI got home, I found the wings were not well-grilled, still raw inside. It's a very dissatisfied, disappointed experience afterall. Read more
An old lady named PATTY denied me entering the store to pick up my online order beause i parked on curbside pickup. It was delicious!!! The chicken was juicy, tender inside and a little bit of crispy on the skin. Love the cole slaw, mash... potatoes/gravy and macaroni. Most of the El Apollo Locco aren't this fresh. Big parking lot and service was fast. Staffs werevery friendly. Read more
This is my spot for some quick charboiled chicken. The important thing to remember is to always ask for your order to be... "JUICY", they will serve the most recently cooked chicken, not the older dried out pieces. Enjoy! Read more
