Absolutely awful first of all they were not answering the phone which annoyed me. Secondly when they didn?t answer they hung up... the phone we were trying to figure out how to get there went to two dominoes before until we found this one. I ordered 1 medium 2 topping pizza at 9:06pm. Said the estimated delivery time was between 70-96 minutes. Okay fine, it's Friday... and they may be short-staffed for whatever the case is. Turns out my order NEVER showed up. There's absolutely no excuse in thebook for why 1 pizza can't be delivered, especially if I live in the area & is a frequent customer. I don't know what the issueis between the 2 domino's locations, but this needs to resolved or else they're gonna continue to lose customers. Read more

The first and last time I get my pizza delivered from here. This is the exact reason Papa John's is my choice for pizza... delivery. I placed my order a little after 7 At 7:34 they told me my pizza was being prepared At 8:52 I called the store becausemy order never went in the oven. She said they were short on drivers and my pizza doesn't go in until the driver is on his wayback to the store. Now I can understand this, and I was grateful. At 9:07 my pizza was on its way At 10:05 my pizza still hasnot arrived to my house. When the driver finally arrived at 1010 he said he didn't know how to get here. I called them with an urgent order for six pizzas in the middle of the day on a Saturday. Someone actually picked up the phone... (not a robot)! The pizzas were ready in 15 minutes, and they tasted fine. The manager is awesome! Read more

2 hours for delivery. Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 was correct. Ordered a Brooklyn deluxe pizza for $27 and I received a plain cheese... pizza on regular crust. Called and spoke with manager who said refund couldn?t be issued until the next day. Ridiculous, neveragain! Read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service and staffing. Nobody answers phones and it... has taken almost a hour 1/2 to just prep my food not even bake. Will never order here again. I ORDERED AT 9:06PM THEY CLOSE AT12AM and my food did not arrive AT ALL and when I called I got a rude little boy who cussed at me and hung up on me. Horrible service. If i could give zero stars I would. 1 hour after ordering a 2-topping pizza and pasta entree our order was... still in a PREP status. Called the store to check status and after waiting on hold 10 minutes was disconnected. Called storeagain, after another 10 minute hold was told it would be another 1-1/2 hours to get delivery. 2-1/2 hours total. unbelievable,we live 10 minutes away.
