I came in around 7pm to pick up a doordash and they had the only door locked and a super long drive through that was barely... moving. Then I kept calling and the machine was saying they were busy with customers. What kind of place is this? Read more
It took forever to get app to work. Asked a manager to help and was denied. On top of all that, after finally getting the app to... work I ordered 2 sandwich only. They forgot to put a whole sandwich in my bag. Had to go back and wait in long drive thru lineagain because lobby is closed at 11am. Read more
OMG why is ev erybody lying... i go because i live in the area and its horrible... lines is long... they never have the salad i... want and when they do they give with wrong dressing.. one day i came 3 days in a row at 630-645am to get me a breafast sandwichthey told me they not open ...but they was open but they state they didnt have staff.. Im going to try them again and if i dontget the service .. i will call corporate... its terrible. Hope not to tell on my people. Read more
The staff weren't wearing masks. I asked fir a manager an some young dirty looking male appeared saying he was yhe.manager. I... asked where the older gentleman was that used to manage that store and was informed he no longer worked there. I asked the youngmanager why he didn't have his "very long" UNKEPT DREADLOCKS pulled back in a rubber band or in a hairnet, he said it wasn'trequired. The service was beyond SLOW. Wasn't very clean but staff were nice. Soda station was out of Sprite and they took a while to get more. Worst thing was I... ordered 5 meals and only got 4. Had t I grab something else from another place so all could eat. Be sure to check entire orderbefore you leave the store. Read more
This restaurant seems to always be slow and low staffed. The staff isn?t rude but they are nonchalant. They could be more... attentive to costumers, especially delivery drivers. My review isn?t based on just one experience, I?ve come here multipletimes to place orders and to pick up orders. Each time they?re slow. The wait time is at least 15-20 minutes each visit, so getcomfy. They have no strategy for orders placed thru delivery apps expect to wait in line, which takes up a delivery driverstime to get to another order. The actual store isn?t open so it?s just drive thru, hence the long wait. Plus, They?re alwaysout of specific items. And there?s is always some homeless people standing nearby asking for money. Drove into the parking lot, it was strewn with garbage. Can't imagine the inside is much cleaner. I drove right back out.
