Manager refused to serve me for a meal i paid for. She claimed there was no way she could give me my food after i paid for it... and had a receipt FROM THEIR STORE that makes no sense!! I only go to this location in the morning, so I only know how breakfast is. Always hot. Employee at the drive thru window is... either of 2 girls and they are both always so nice even though it's early. I then drive 15 miles home, while passing another BKthat is awful. If I could give 0 star I would. This burger king was my to go on my coupon and now the black lady came with the "oh we can't... substitute the fries for onion ring". I never had an issue substitute the fries. It was small onion ring swap such a big deal.Never again going to this location. Read more

They microwave the food, they think it is reasonable to tell you they cannot cancel orders. That is theft, in case anyone is... wondering. A lady named....aneesa? anisa? went full 5 year old when i was curious about her name so I could reference it andjust started saying no. Don?t even deserve one star. I normally don?t do any reviews at all but had to do it in this situation. At the order window... requested ketchup and the kids cheeseburger plain. Did not get the ketchup and the cheeseburgers was not plain. I stayed at thewindow and informed the lady that of the missing ketchup and the cheeseburger was not plain; she seriously stared me down andshe looked like she was going to come through the window.
