Typical, small menu, easy selection, fast selection and good food. Nice to see consistency in the entire system. I am not one... to follow fads and for many years I saw this chain as faddy. Worst Chick-fil-A EVERrrrrrrrrr I think they gave me sink water, too bad the chickens in the drive thru said I had to pay for a... larger water so I told them there is not a single Chick-fil-A on this planet that charges for a large water, we bought 4 meals,includes fries and drinks. I wanted a large water for the road trip and they said they could give me 3 small waters since theywould have to charge me for a large cup. So they would rather waste and cause global harm to our landfills with 3 extra strawsthan to give out one extra large cup that I would reuse several times during the day. Nobody has 7 cup holders in their truck,it?s ridiculous is what it is. They need to be overhauled by Chip or something or Gordon Ramsey. Read more
Probably the worse chick fil a ever made in Tampa besides the one by the Raymond James stadium. Horrible customer service. Long... wait. Drinks are always watered down or they are not working so make sure to taste your drinks before you leave and fries arenever fresh always dried or over cooked. I can never say I had a good experience so I decided to add a comment. Don?t waste yourtime or money here drive further down folwer to the one across from university mall. Even called corporate after spending $34and all they sent was a free sandwich they can keep that. It only takes a second to apologize and say they will try and fixthings. Today waited in line over 35 mins took the lady on the left intercom at least 4 mins to say something after I keptsaying hello. Smh Read more
The food was delicious! The line in the drive through was horrific! Waiting 35 minutes just to order then 10 to pay and then I... get to the pick up and my food was not ready . I had to pull up and wait another 8 minutes. Total process was a few minutes ofbeing an hour!! The employee's, as always, were very courteous. The food was hot. Don't worry, the wait here is like any other but the food quality is actually above the rest! Crunchiest fries, sweetest... lemonade and I feel like the chicken might even be getting extra breading! Always suggest using the app, otherwise your waitwill be immeasurable ???? Read more
