Loyal dunkin customer until today. The ladies they had before were so nice but now they have a new employee working drive thru... and she is so snotty. I know accidents happen and humans make mistakes, but if you can look out for me and fix my order I?ll bevery appreciative about it. This place is not cheap and I work hard for my money i spend atleast 10 dollars every other dayhere. My coworkers and I definitely wont be back. Read more

A couple years ago I stopped going to this Dunkin, but recently returned when NONE of three other area Dunkins had frozen coffee... late in the evening, but they did. Since then, I've been back twice and found the staff to be warm, professional, and the foodtop notch. Will drive past other Dunkins to come to this one! Highly recommended, way to go current staff!! I made an "on the go" order to try out the new salted caramel cold brew as well as the chocolate croissant. The salted caramel... cold brew did not have any foam when I received it 3 minutes after I put in my online order. As far as the chocolate croissant,I took a single bite on both sides to see how much chocolate there was and it was almost non-existent. I had a similar issuewith this location during the Valentine's Day brownie batter donuts where there was almost no brownie batter thinking that wasjust how things were done, but went to three other locations where it was filled almost to the brim with brownie batter. It is so upsetting when you order food through Uber Eats and have to pay extra for the convenience and most times worth it but... when the restaurant sends you food ( pepper bacon wrap ) and the tortilla is so crunchy it could break your teeth is SODISAPPOINTING! I was just in the drive thru and ordered a bagel sandwich and 3 Pancake wrap ups. Also a hot chocolate and a large ice coffee.... Well I was missing a Pancake wrap, the bagel wasn't toasted at all, my hot chocolate was just murky hot water with hardly anychocolate in it. It wasn't even busy. I've worked in hospitality for over 20 years so I know the diffrence between incompetenceand laziness. So when I say the girls in the drive thru are just lazy...you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. Read more
