I wish I could give a zero!!! Unbelievable, some of the worst customer service!! These employees don?t understand the words... customer service. They are very unprofessional down to management. Please never request a refund a process that should only takedays, that may take months or you may not even receive back (theft). Don't order extra toppings just order another pizza cause that's what extra topping cost me more than double the original price.... Amd this location doesn't make the fancoroni pepperoni with the right crust I got hota and ready crust on my pizza when in thepicture is advertised with pan pizza crispy crust. I spend 40 on 2 pizzas one wrong and the other undercooked from the extratoppings they didn't account for. I decided to go pick up my pizza instead of delivery today & I am glad that I did. When I entered the establishment, it was... apparent they were in a lunch rush and very very busy. Jordan was behind the counter and also helping the employees in the backcook at the same time. Their composure was cool, calm, and collective, they were fast, attentive, and most importantly kind.Even with a slightly angry customer, they never stopped smiling or being kind. My food was five star worthy as well. I?m verythankful to have met Jordan today, I needed the smile & warmth that they embody. I?ll be coming to pick up my pizzas from nowon. I love this little ceasars they are so sweet! I ordered my food and the Lady told me it would be at least 10min wait and they... came not even 5min ! Not only that, I didn?t even have to get out the car, they actually came out to my car and gave me my food! Definitely five stars ! Best service I?ve gotten so far ! The food is great for Little Ceasars. However the service can be a bit slow, not to mention that one of the cashiers didn't... bother to look at what she was refunding and she accidentally refunded a person's credit card. The problem was that the customerhad paid in cash,not to mention it was also the wrong amount too. So when you are paying make sure that you keep your receiptsuntil you leave. Read more
