On this particular day they did not have the restaurant open, only the drive-thru was open. When we went through the drive-thru... they said they didn't have enough staff to open up the restaurant. The food is good in a variety of foods to eat. We had to comearound through the drive-thru just to get ketchup that was not put in our bags. Read more

Only place available with WiFi during hurricane Ian in Fort Myers. Thank you, Wendy's for the availability. Used space for work... with WiFi and power outlets, perhaps can be more clean and quiet, but great for the money. Read more

I got to this location at 11:50PM the line was very long. When I got to the speaker I was told. That they were only taking cash... and no card. I left and went to the Walgreens next door. Then I ordered from the mobile app. Using my card of course and theorder went through. I went to 3 Wendy's locations before I came to this one. They all were saying they were taking cash and nocard. It's very rare for me to carry cash money. Also a printed sign on the speaker "Only taking cash right now and no card's."Would've been very helpful, also I was not given the reason for not being able. To use my card was given and my fries were coldand chicken sandwich was lukewarm. It should've been piping hot because when I came back the second time. I was the only car inthe drive thru. Read more
First, I am empathetic to the fast food industry and what they go through finding employees. That said today as I am waiting for... my food and go to get salt for my fries, no salt. Once my order was ready I asked if they could throw some salt in the bag. TheNew cashier was not sure where it is so asked the manager the manager then looked at me and said there is salt out by the soda.I told her that it was empty and she informed me it must be mixed in with the pepper. thankfully the new cashier went and justgrabbed some salt and put it in my bag. I am not there to go find the hidden salt. when a manager is this bad no wonder theycan?t keep employees. I have no complaints other than that. Read more
So I didn't get to know what it tastes like because the branch manager made a big deal of my folding bike which folds to the... size of a restaurant chair. Safety hazard she says? My husband and I stopped by here Sunday 11/27 to get our daughter some ice cream. We had gone to McDonald?s first and there... machine was down (SHOCKER I KNOW) my husband still had McDonald?s on the brain and accidentally said McFlurry when the drivethru guy asked us what we wanted. The guy was so rude immediately this is Wendy?s not McDonald?s so have a great night.Apparently he?s perfect and has never made an innocent mistake. Will not be coming back. It was uncalled for.
