I am shocked that this Panera location has a four star rating. I have never dined in, I have only ordered takeout in store.... However, every time I get home I am missing items of my order? Yes I understand I should check my order in store however theysee other take-out bags and the manager signs off on the seal saying that all of the items are there for the order. It isextremely frustrating because I live in freehold and there is a Panera in freehold however this Manalapan location is a fewminutes closer but the last four or five times that I have ordered takeout from this location in store mind you Three of thosefive times I got home and items were missing. That is extremely frustrating because now I am driving almost 30 minutes totaljust to pick up items for my order that are missing then I get home to eat a cold meal that I paid for. While the inside of thislocation seemed clean and tidy and the food is what I would expect from Panera the to go service is not top quality. I?m notsure if it is the fact that the manager is lazy and just sign still little sticker and seals the bag with our check in or if theyoung kids are just incompetent and cannot follow in order who knows but I will not be ordering takeout nor will lie down in atthis location. Door dash never showed up with my order. I called the Manalapan location and spoke to Juli to get a status and she apologized... and offered to personally prepare and deliver my order herself. Juli arrived with my food within minutes and offered me herphone number for future orders placed through Door Dash. Juli turned a negative experience into a positive one. Read more
The food was okay. I had the chicken avocado sandwich. It tasted like it the chicken was frozen and then heated up. Food came... out fast. Not my favorite place. Read more
The bakery is clean. However, I only saw 1 kiosk that was working and a long line started to form as people were waiting to... place their orders. I ordered a you pick 2. The baguette side order was very small portion wise. The sandwich was small incomparison to other locations as well. The wait time for my order was also longer than usual compared to other locations. One of my favorite spots to grab some soup and half a sandwich (their chicken noodle never disappoints) while ?working from... home?. Love their pick 2 combos and you can?t go wrong with any of their baked goods. Their iced teas are really good too! Read more
