Disclaimer: I am biased with Lances because it has been there the whole time I was growing up in Dover. That said; their food... is great. As a person who really loves pizza and has sampled it all over the East coast; you will be hard pressed to find anypizza better in this area. I am stuck on the Italian subs right now; they are fresh, delicious and always hot. I would highlyrecommend this place if you are yearning for a hot and yummy pizza. Read more
They did not sell sweet tea.We had a large pizza and the cheese, beef and bacon were below average. And it only had cheese, beef... and bacon on it. Ok ill explain. The cheese tasted like it had maybe gotten some moisture so it tasted a little off. The beefwas a bunch of tiny pellets like the ones on cheap grade school pizza. And the bacon was mostly fat. I called and placed an order for delivery at about 650 pm tonight. Girl that took the order said 45 minutes to an hour. I... thought, ok, they're probably busy tonight, no biggie. At 810 the manager called me to clarify my address (this location as beendelivering to this address and the one next door practically since the first day thier doors opened) said he was sending thedriver back out and giving us a free 2 liter. It takes absolutely no more than 20 minutes if you're driving SLOWLY from thepizza place to my house. At 840 I called the place back and told them if I didn't have my dinner in 5 minutes I was calling backfor a full refund. Delivery guy finally showed up and we finally got to eat almost 2 hours to the minute from placing the orderto begin with. Cooking myself would have been less hectic. ??????? Read more
