First time experience here was great. Perfect on a sunny day early fall, might be even better during summer. We enjoyed their... canned cider beer and their gourmet pizzas. We were thinking of getting a flight of cider wine but found it a bit too pricey forthe amount they give you. You're better off getting cans although you might be missing out on cider wine. So we decided we check this place out and it is pretty neat! I add a little more here after we have a bit. Well I ordered the... feature pizza my wife ordered the margarita pizza smalls. Have a look at the photos. It was actually pretty damn good afterwardswe went inside locked around the store a little bit. Decided to picked up a few cans of cider couple little bags of candiesgreat way to spend an afternoon I would highly recommend this destination. I would also recommend their siders they have a greatselection ranging from pretty sweet to very dry. This place is definitely more of a place for an outing as opposed to going fordinner or something like that just relax and enjoy the scenery if you find things are moving a little bit slow I think that?spart of what makes this place great. Fully recommend! We ate lunch here and had some cider. We ordered the Mediterranean pasta and the Kitchen sink burger. Both... were delicious and came out very quickly. The cider was tasty and we bought some cans to bring home. There is a market insidewhich had lots of tasty treats. Read more
I went there on Saturday late afternoon for their summer music series. It was very pleasant. The Spirit Tree Estate Cidery is... one of my favourite places nearby my home. I love the relaxed rural vibe and delicious food. You can buy food to eat outside ata picnic table, or under the dining tent. I was at the picnic table, watching the young woman singer-guitarist, while eating myChef's special woodfried pizza and sipping draught cider. You can also purchase food to go from a limited menu, as well asvarious ciders, both alcoholic and non, and a selection of house specialties like mustards, sauces, pastries. Often they havefarm eggs, garlic, fresh herbs, local fruit. And some specialty breads. I love their walnut bread, though all lookdelicious. The Cidery is a good place to go to get out of the city, into the fresh country air, and consume some deliciousness,in a relaxed, casual atmosphere, served by friendly staff. On my last visit on Saturday, I noticed that their prices have goneup quite a bit. This is something I see everywhere. Spirit Tree Estate Cidery is still a good place to visit for relaxedafternoon. The dining room was closed. I sat outside on a picnic bench and enjoyed my lunch. It was a bit windy and the plastic cups kept... falling, I lost quite a bit of my cider. It would have been nice to have glass or just better cups in general. I ordered themuscles, I wouldn?t order them again. Not much flavour. The cider itself was good - I would suggest getting a flight. The staffwas very knowledgeable about the cider and flavour profiles. The property is large and beautiful but you can?t roam the grounds.Glad I went, probably won?t go again. Read more
I absolutely love the Apple cider! Stumbled upon this cidery during a weekend drive a few weeks ago and we?ve been back a few... times since. Enjoy some wood oven pizza on their picnic tables or check out the full menu. I had the seasonal soup on our lastvisit & it was out of this world. Highly recommend. Spirit Tree Cidery and shop transports you to a quaint little farm-town whilst being in the city. The shop is beautiful with... rustic vibes, featuring a variety of fresh breads, juices, cheeses and baked goods. My family and I dropped in for some takeoutand chose to buy their pizza. Each slice is $6 but is large enough to feed 1-2 people. The cheese pizza is delicious with agenerous topping of cheese and is baked to perfection. The ciders are definitely unique and refreshing on a hot summer day. Ialso picked up an Apple and Thai Chili sauce which I thought was nothing special but I am glad that I tried it. One of the best date night or girls day out spots in town. Food is amazing and the chef's and servers are all so kind and great... to talk to! Will always come back again and again when we are in the area. They also have great local vendors/products inside,if you're looking to try something new ask them! They give out great recommendations.
