They seem to be understaffed the last few times I've gone, but they don't make too many mistakes atleast.
the burger are good and ice cream you can site out side with your dog we go every time we go to terrace

DEFINITELY NOT FAST FOOD! Took 40mins to get through the drive thru to be told.. "well, it takes a long time to cook our food... here." Saw 5 young kids doing nothing. Terrible. Read more
I took my class today as an end-of-the-year reward, I was pleasantly surprised by the superb communication by the staff at dairy... queen allowing me to do a pre-order of our meals. When we arrived it was extremely busy with another class getting lunch at thesame time (without a pre-order) on top of the drive-thru and other patrons wanting to order. They were extremely efficient,friendly, and on top of things. Thanks so much!! Read more
Seems to be longer and longer wait times lately. We ordered only 2 cups of coffee and had to wait over 20 minutes. First they... had to brew the coffee, then none of staff could find the lids. I realize DQ isn't famous for their coffee, so next time willchose a coffee drive thru and save DQ for the occasional ice cream. Read more
Used to be the best dq in the North but it?s become absolutely garbage a few months ago, food comes cold, and not mention I... ordered a drink from here on spyce with my meal and it was sparkling water???????? I ordered a 7 up. Last time I went in personthe cheese wasn?t even close to being Melted???????? I keep telling myself I won?t come back after all these bad experiences butI still do idk why.
