It's usually pretty fast. There sometimes are communication issues between what you order and what you get, and very often they... forget to give you a straw. Today my fries were horribly undercooked, could not eat them. Overall its hit or miss. I will saythat staff friendliness has improved a lot in the past couple months. Read more

Do not eat here. Terrible employees barely speak English, getting simple orders wrong. Slow service. My wife got stared down by... an employee who had the hots for her. Told him off and told the manager and nothing was done. Greasy customers who smoke rightnext to the door who will shout curses even when there are infants around, they will also get into fights inside the restaurantand mean mug anyone who doesn't look as greasy as them. They are very bad at listening to customers when they are placing a order. They will type in what they think your saying and... then you correct them. When the order comes out the kitchen staff can't read very well so it's still mot what you wanted. Read more

I do love the convenience of McDonald's and the drive thru. Sadly when I went their soft drink machine was down but there was no... signage so I was caught in the drive thru lineup to be able to exit as soft drinks was my primary goal. However other times Ihave gone especially to this McDonalds the customer service has been excellent. Read more
