Just spent a bunch of money on drinks. After waiting for them all, I'm told they don't have straws. We're from out of town and... didn't bring reusable straws. This place is a joke. As a side note, they also made the majority of the drinks wrong. Read more
This shouldn?t even be deemed a starbucks. Every time it?s either closed or the line up is so long it?s not even worth trying to... order. Zero initiative from staff, attitude for trying to redeem points, overall it?s just a terrible business. Read more
Currently at the Starbucks in Terrace. There are 10-15 people waiting for their drinks to be made. There is ONE trainee employee... struggling to make the drinks while another employee with purple hair is barely doing a thing. I watched the employees handlethe till (money) and then continue to make the drinks. I had to ask her to wash her hands, and she glared at me like it wascompletely out of line to ask her that. It?s called FOODSAFE, and clearly these employees are not trained on it. I?ve now beenstanding here for 20 minutes for two coffees. This is the first and definitely the last time trying this location. * update -they made the drinks wrong and are now remaking them..... it?ll be a 30 minute wait before I get the drinks now. Very slow service. I understand everyone's short staffed but this is painfully slow. The barista is soooo slllloow. Waited 17... mins and i was 3rd in line. Ouch! Read more
Great customer service, stayed in Terrace for about 3 weeks. The staff there made special strawberry funnel cake lattes that... were not on the menu, just for us! ????????? Read more
I never leave reviews for anything, but wow... this place is horrible. Why does it exist? Is there a worse Starbucks? I don't... know how that would be possible. The staff... I just feel bad for them. You have trainees training new trainees who won't lasta week. Everyone is lost. Staff can't care. Managers don't care. Safeway doesn't care. Starbucks doesn't care. It should bereplaced with a vending machine. Read more
If you're gonna say you close at 6 maybe change your hrs on here to reflect it, not staff fault just lazy management who can't... be bother to update, staff informed me they always close at 6 so make this reflect that. Read more
First time I went there I paid 5 dollars for something that was ?the same as iced coffee? according to the barista because they... were all out of ice coffee and needless to say what they gave me was disgusting so I threw it away. Gave them another chance andtried to redeem my birthday drink and I?m told by the manager they don?t do that at this location ? I won?t be going back athird time let?s just say that much. Read more
