This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Tim Hortons, and I've been to at least a couple dozen different... locations. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I generally have a high degree of respect for customer serviceemployees and recognize how difficult the job is. However, the quality of service here, and the some of the employee's attitude,was not excusable. Right from the start, it was clear the employees did not know what they were doing. When we decided to leaveand go to the other Tim Hortons, they ended up having an argument with us. I decided to give them another chance and placed myorder, they overcharged me with the wrong items. Which I then had to correct. We then ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for ourorder, which was just an icecap, wrap, and muffin. It wasn't even busy. When the order finally came, it was completely wrong.They forgot the muffin and made two of the wrong wraps. Not only did they mess up my order, they also messed up the order of thecustomers in front, and behind us, who are also waiting for a long time. The staff tried to argue with all the customers anddefend the wrong orders even though we all claimed they were wrong and had the receipts to prove it. All in all, the entirelocation was a mess. So this Tim's is really nice inside and out and super clean, you know all that. Aside from that me and my boi pniv walked in... there expecting to get some drinks and some food, turns out they had socks for sale so we copped a pair each and lemme tell you,best socks you can buy for $8. Read more
Getting in and out of the parking lot has always been an issue. Traffic signal has been installed on Keith Ave so hopefully this... helps. Drive through can be very busy at times. Very busy in the mornings. Read more
