We went through the drive thru this evening and the guy taking our order had me repeat everything multiple times. Once we got to... the window, one of the workers (the only one in a light gray shirt) was putting whipped topping on a drink. He must have heldthe can wrong and got whipped cream on his finger because he proceeded to lick it at the drive thru window. Read more
Wow Arby's sends out coupons and I didn't realize untill tonight that they actually screw you. Out of a penny. But to some, it's... just a penny. Ok. but if your a penny short guess what, Arby's isn't selling to you..period So why have a coupon. The coupon Ihad was a 2 for 6.99 chicken choice.refer to my picture but they actually ring you up as 2 for 7. When asked about this the guyin drive thru just ignored us and shut the window, he definitely wasn't about mess with it. Bad business. I would actually liketo someone about this. Read more

Decided to try the breakfast menu. The sausage burrito was large and Arbys pepper sauce added to the flavor. Ham and Swiss... croissant was a disappointment. Ham tasted great, but was hard to chew and the Swiss cheese was tasteless. Iced tea tastedlike it was brewed days before. Going to try again, hoping for a better experience at this new location. I went to the Arby's in Terre Haute in front of Best Buy and they were out of a lot of their menu items. I had to stop by Meijer... on my way home and decided to try and get my sandwich at this Arby's location. The Turkey Bacon Ranch Club I believe is the nameof it, and they had all the ingredients and it was delicious as always!!???? Read more
Absolute best Arby's in town! Friendly staff and FAST. By the time I ordered and was getting my drink my food was hot and ready.... Watched as a group of 10 came in and the same speed was achieved with the same customer service. Whatever staff was working onthis date and time stamp deserves high praise and marks. Read more
