Awesome experience! We were in Terre Haute from out of town and stopped at Charlie's for a late lunch/early dinner. Between us... we had the boneless wings, buffalo chips, mozzarella sticks, and the chef salad. The food was delicious with huge portions, theprices were great, and the service was phenomenal! We will definitely be back the next time we're in town. Read more

Our group came in around 6 on a Friday, and by 10 the entire table was cut off. It came as a shock to everyone and we then had... debates amongst ourselves as to what happened. We were polite, respectful to the waitress, we ordered food, and several roundsof drinks. Nobody was rowdy, nothing got broke, nobody was belligerent, we were laughing and smiling and having a good time andplanning on spending a lot of money and tipping well. A good evening/night at the end of a long week. When asked why we werecut off, we were told that we were too loud. ....at a bar, at 10pm, with a jukebox playing, and live music outside. Well,that ruined our night. It was a bad call made by an inexperienced server as far as we can tell. So I guess good times are nolonger allowed at Charlie's. Read more

If you are going to try Charlie's, I would recommend the burger and the breaded tenderloin. Other things I have tried are not as... good, especially avoid the fish. I'd also stick to beer. The main draw is the outdoor area, they almost always have music withno cover charge most of the time, and a lot of people like it so they can smoke. It's not much for sports, they do have a fewtv's but if you want to catch sports the usual sports bars down by the mall and on 3rd street are your best bets. Good barthough when the weather is nice. Great locally owned Restaurant and Pub Service here is outstanding. The Food they serve is a little of the homemade type/pub... food it's delicious. They do have a nice big beer garden and have live music on most weekends. I do not know if they have or hadkaraoke or DJ. go there check it out Read more

Charlie?s is a must try! Their service is always on point. They?re always so friendly and nice. I love their bloody mary so... much though they?re very inconsistent on how they make it. Lol. Sometimes you get it with a rim, sometimes you get it withgarnishes, sometimes you don?t get any at all which I find weird. Lol. I love their wings! Cajun and lemon pepper rubs are myfavorite. Their food is amazing and they?re cheap so that?s good. We will be back! Read more
