I know this is going to be unpopular but I've always found Chick-fil-a to be 100% okay. The kids who work here are wonderful,... they are what gets the rating up a little. But it's a fast food place and I think it's middle rung fast food. Read more
Ok, obviously the food is good and they are always nice but this new drive thru procedure is weird. I like to look at the menu... before I order. Now I have a kid popping their head in my car asking what I'd like while I'm 2 ft from the order speaker andmenu. I go thru drive so I don't have to interact with people in my space. 1st time eating at Chick-fil-A !! Def tasted fresh, got chicken nuggets with Buffalo sauce a large soda and fruit parfait ( wish... this was a bigger serving). It was my first time visiting a Chick-fil-A, it was later in the evening around 730 on a Thursday and it was packed. There was... hardly any place to park, so I went through the drive, which was also busy, the drive thru line moved very quick to my surprise.They had several employees working outside servicing the customers in the drive thru. They were efficient and very polite, Itold the girl that took my order well before I could see the menu that I was unfamiliar with their food and wanted a sandwich. Iended up with a breaded chicken sandwich that seemed to be fried and was very hot, and also the waffle fries were hot. I can'tsay it was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had nor can I say that I enjoyed it. It was ok.
