Ok, obviously the food is good and they are always nice but this new drive thru procedure is weird. I like to look at the menu... before I order. Now I have a kid popping their head in my car asking what I'd like while I'm 2 ft from the order speaker andmenu. I go thru drive so I don't have to interact with people in my space. It gives me crazy anxiety. I cant be the only one??????????? I now avoid going to this place just because of this. Read more
1st time eating at Chick-fil-A !! Def tasted fresh, got chicken nuggets with Buffalo sauce a large soda and fruit parfait ( wish... this was a bigger serving). It was busy but line moved quickly, super friendly service( I've been told they are trained to beupbeat and positive) it was all that. Friendly staff who were fast and courteous as usual. We had a group of people who needed to order individually in the drive... through, and the order all came out correct, which would never happen in the drive through at other restaurants! Add this tothe long list of 5 star Chick-fil-As! Read more
They use Roman lettuce in the salad, but it would be nice if they would take the BIG stems out. The Chicken Tenders are small;... compared to some other places. Read more

It was my first time visiting a Chick-fil-A, it was later in the evening around 730 on a Thursday and it was packed. There was... hardly any place to park, so I went through the drive, which was also busy, the drive thru line moved very quick to my surprise.They had several employees working outside servicing the customers in the drive thru. They were efficient and very polite, Itold the girl that took my order well before I could see the menu that I was unfamiliar with their food and wanted a sandwich. Iended up with a breaded chicken sandwich that seemed to be fried and was very hot, and also the waffle fries were hot. I can'tsay it was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had nor can I say that I enjoyed it. It was ok.
