Ordered in the app for asap pickup. That was a joke. Pickup was 2:4 8 am and i just got my food at 3:09am. What's the point of... ordering ahead if you have to give them more time to hand it to you than it would've taken to make the whole meal? There was aguy waiting to order take out when i got there, and I had to tell the girl that he was there when i came in and was stillwaiting. I actually had him trying to order via the app from the little bench inside the door rather than sit there endlesslyjust waiting to order. When the girl does finally decide to wait on us, it was a bunch of meaningless apologies and excusesregarding how she was by herself. Well, the manager was there and was seating people when I arrived, but then he haddisappeared. My food wasn't bagged and ready to come out to me after all that waiting either. The girl went back and inquiredabout it,and the manager supposedly bagged it and brought it out to me ---without the drink that was already ordered and paidfor and without the toast for either meal. I haven't left the parking lot yet because I wanted to make sure I said what Ithought, but that was definitely my worst Denny's experience ever, and I will be very surprised if the rest of the order iscorrect. If you don?t have enough people to work and to run the restaurant, or if you?re not gonna provide good service, maybeyou shouldn't be 24 hours......just saying. Read more
Waitress was sweet & helpful, glasses were dirty, and cooking staff clearly can't make orders according to requests. Waitress... was accommodating to fix our issues with food made wrong, which was half our order ??????????? after it was fixed everything wasdelicious as always. Read more
Needs a good cleaning. Food stuck onto the tables. Food was okay. Told the waitress the menu needed wiped down has soda all over... it and watched her put it back with all the other. Read more
I ordered a beyond burger (no meat burger) but they came back and said they didn't have it....no big deal I eat pancakes... instead. All food was good. Brooklyn was a great server. Very busy at times. Need more vegetarian options. Read more
This Denny's was okay, service was fair (unfortunately it appeared to be understaffed and most likely overworked), we seated... ourselves, got our order put in quickly but waited a longer time - saw other orders going out that were after ours. The foodwas decent but it's definitely been better. We won't nix them but it won't be an immediate return; they need to make smallimprovements for all their customers. Read more
