I got my notice that my food was ready for pickup, but still had to wait for the breadsticks to be boxed up.
Recently I had an issue with an order I made a mistake on. They addressed it over the phone. Excellent service.
Staff aren?t helpful. Always have an attitude. And down right confrontational. Was disrespected on the phone. Then my husbands... was. Then had to go in person to have the bill corrected because the way the rang it up they charged double. They tried to tellus nothing could be done. But In Person The one and only person who was helpful. The manager corrected it. And every other timethe order is wrong. Once got someone else?s order ***** update 8/2/2022***** Sorry a coupon code for 20% off doesn't even beginto cover the disrespect we dealt with. That offer us laughable and almost just as disrespectful. You think a small discount offa future order would regain our business. Wow. Wouldve thought a replacement order or store credit would have been a possiblestarting point. But to ask us to spend money to receive a discount........ Smh Read more
Ordered a pizza around 1020 didn?t get my pizza to midnight a little after it was in quality check for 35 minutes excuse me I... mean 45 minutes by the time I got here it was cold the pizza the breadsticks the chicken everything cold well I like Domino?sPizza so I call back again yeah basically the same order guess what I get it it?s cold it took forever to get here again they?reclosed by the time it gets here they have been closed for 20 minutes I can?t tell him about it of course the next day becausenobody was answering the phone because they were closed so I get Tow then will give you a pizza what about the rest of food Iordered and I have to pay delivery OK this is crazy this is just wrong so now I?ve spent $57 at your store and I got nothing forit besides cold food that we did not eat If this is not Jackie McGinn this is Robin Solomon Terre Haute Indiana fifth Avenue Read more
I was very impressed! I ordered their $20 special which is a large 3 topping pizza, 16 pc breadstick knots and a 2 liter of... soda. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and I was so surprised at with how quickly they delivered mypizza.. and right to my door which is a 2 story walkup and then a long walk down the hall... Walmart does deliver to my apt butusually they call first to say my belongings are downstairs and I have to tell them that I will come help carry things but theyare also coming upstairs. Kroger... Nope Uber... Nope USPS.. nope. FedEx... 50/50. Domino's... Didn't even call me to help oranything just rang my bell and there she was carrying all that food... And it was delicious!!! Read more
Having known the founder's of Domino's this store would make him proud. The food was exceptional and delivered hot made to order... . From Ann Arbor this company has come far and still a gold standard for pizza delivery. Read more
Josh is the man. I dont think he gets to go home, actually. I ordered a pizza for pickup. He calls me twice (I was getting... ready) and when I called back, he informed me they didnt have the pizza I wanted. So, roughly 10 minutes after I order, I getanother pie cooking and he tells me it will be ready in the same time window I was expecting. This man got my pizza made,cooked, and ready for me in short time. My pizza was not burned. My pizza was cooked properly, cheese melty and toppingssizzling. He performed a pizza miracle. Not to say it was a tasty philly cheese steak pizza, but he made it right in less timethan I thought possible. Why 4 stars? He doesnt control the supplies, and they were out of what I wanted.
