The sweet tea is so good! It has a floral tea base that surprises and is just delightful. I had a group of 3 everyone had... different things and there was not a single thing that disappointed. Delicious food, fast service and friendly staff! I was in area for my first time, so I had no idea where to go have a warm,... nutritious and delicious meal. Eastern House did a terrific job at satisfying all my cravings and making me feel like home eventhough I was thousands of miles away from home ???? The staff was very welcoming, friendly and patient. They took the time toexplain some items on the menu in detail, which made my decision easier. They have many different delicious dishes, desserts anddrinks on their menu. I ordered a Shrimp Dry Pot and Mango Chicken (and made it spicy ????). To begin, they brought me a miniwonton soup, which was very tasty. It was so good, I had seconds. The meat had the perfect amount of spices and all the flavorsliterally melted in your mouth. The pot in which my dry pot came in was the cutest and coolest thing I’ve eaten from. It wasstill on and boiling a little when it came to the table and eventually turned off. The shrimp dry pot was very flavorful andtasty. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the vegetables still held their natural crunch and flavors. The mango chicken wasalso delicious. It was sweet and salty with a spicy kick. The chicken still held its moisture and absorbed the flavors from themango and spices. The vegetables were also crunchy and delicious like on the other dish. For dessert, I had a Mango StickyRice. Overall it was sweet and had most of the great textures you look for in a mango sticky rice. In my opinion, the mango wasnot sweet at all. It was more on the bland side. I usually look forward to a sweet and juicy mango on this dessert, but thismango was not that. I also didn’t taste the deliciousness of coconut in this mango sticky rice. It was okay overall. Wow!! One of the best Asian restaurants I’ve been too. They have Thai and Chinese food, hot pot, dry pot and allot more! The... menu is massive,, the lunch menu is huge as well and all very reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, thewaitress advised us on items we should try and other that were for more adventurous spirits! I just visited for the first time and I was blown away! I played it simple this time and got General Tsos chicken with lo mein... noodles. It was presented well and tasted fantastic.
