They asked me to pull forward I did I... continue to wait I finally went inside to ask where my food was after waiting an additional 15 minutes and they said that theywere swamped I finally just left leaving the three dollars worth of food at McDonald?s. It really isn?t that hard to let someone know you?re out of tea. Why wait until the customer pays for that tea then tell them... you?re out of it. Probably one of the dirtiest McDonald's I've been in, ate there last night and whole family was throwing up later on. Should... have known better. Filthy place, the kitchen, floors, seating area, the whole place. The floors everywhere were slippery fromfilth. Needs corporate to close them down until it can be staffed and operated properly. These managers are so worried about there times being made thru the drive thru that you have 13 cars pulled to the side, handing... out what ever food to what ever car, getting none of the orders correct, all to get your little $125 bonus at the even of thequarter, by time they get everyone's orders correct everyone's food is cold. So end up passing out more refunds then you dopeople's food!!!!! All just to save you 10 seconds on your timer. Next time I sit there I won't be pulling over ???????????????? Read more
The store was absolutely filthy there was trash everywhere on the floor on the tables and there was chemical bottles left out on... the drink station right where children could get access to it. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting the entire floor was wetfrom not not being mop but just from the sweat of the toilet and the water did not work I could not get either the faucets toturn on and the soap machine dispenser was broken it would not shut they were handprints on the walls. Only thing good aboutthis was that the food was good and fresh and hot but judging by the outside of it and the inside of it I'm not so sure that itwas that probably good to be eating at all I only give it two stars because I know they are very busy place and have a highturnover rate but it probably should have been in one star because of the food did take forever to get anyway and I only got twoitems and when I did order at the kiosk it did not print out my receipt and the girl did not know how to get the receipt printedat the front counter it took about 5 minutes just to get the receipt to figure out what my order was I would not recommend goinghere. Tonight on Sunday, April 24th at around 9:10 pm, I ordered a regular coke with no ice. Instead I got a Diet Coke, in Diet Coke... the artificial sweetener is aspartame, I am quite allergic to this and if I my brother hadn?t taken a drink before me and if Iwas alone, I could have experienced an allergic reaction and died, possibly causing other incidents to occur such as a caraccident or vehicular manslaughter. The Diet Coke button on the drink lid had been pressed, so if your employees had been payingmore attention, maybe I wouldn?t have had such a close call. Read more
