The service was terrible. Didnt receive whole order. Staff has apple airbuds in and ignored me at counter when i was talking.... Guy was rude. Front area dirty. Bathrooms had sewer backed up out of staff. Smelled horrendous. Toilet paper roll was on garbagecan. Gross!!!! Mens bathroom just as terrible. Very dirty restaurant. Consistently the worst McDonald's in this area somehow. Every time I have been it's never been a good experience with the wait... times being atrocious, not knowing whether it's due to under staffing or just poor management. Each time I did get my foodhowever, it was just worse than any other place I've been to. Today they had me wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru and when Ipulled up to the window for my mobile order, they informed me the item that I got was out of stock and just waited for me topull out of line. This location is most always bad. The service or more like lack of service is ridiculous. Takes forever to get an employee to... come take an order after every single one has seen you standing there. The food this time was not correct and the fries cold. Mychicken sandwich was not done all the way and the tea looked like colored water. Highly recommend not stopping here. Read more
