The service was terrible. Didnt receive whole order. Staff has apple airbuds in and ignored me at counter when i was talking.... Guy was rude. Front area dirty. Bathrooms had sewer backed up out of staff. Smelled horrendous. Toilet paper roll was on garbagecan. Gross!!!! Mens bathroom just as terrible. Very dirty restaurant. Consistently the worst McDonald's in this area somehow. Every time I have been it's never been a good experience with the wait... times being atrocious, not knowing whether it's due to under staffing or just poor management. Each time I did get my foodhowever, it was just worse than any other place I've been to. Today they had me wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru and when Ipulled up to the window for my mobile order, they informed me the item that I got was out of stock and just waited for me topull out of line. I ordered at the counter and had a very friendly gentleman take my order. I had no issues with ordering or receiving my... food. My husband ordered at the kiosk. They didn't give him his drink cup and they gave him the wrong sauce. The food wasfairly typical for McDonald's quality. My chicken deluxe was overcooked and over greasy, as I've come to expect from manylocations. Some locations get it spot on, but this is not one of them. Chicken nuggets and quarter pounder were both prettydecent though. The sweet tea was not nearly as sweet as it usually is. It tasted more like what my parents order, half sweetand half unsweetened. Ice cream machine down.. once again. I don't get it. No where else has these problems?? Not to mention the place was gross!... stuff all over the counters, the employees weren't the friendliest either. It has gotten so expensive.. I might as well spendthe same money at a place that had better food, is cleaner & has a working ice cream machine.. Read more
This location is most always bad. The service or more like lack of service is ridiculous. Takes forever to get an employee to... come take an order after every single one has seen you standing there. The food this time was not correct and the fries cold. Mychicken sandwich was not done all the way and the tea looked like colored water. Highly recommend not stopping here. Read more
