I went in first the first time because a coworker said she likes it. I won't be returning. Qdoba may be more expensive, but the... owner/cashier was rude and short with me and his employees, the "grilled" veggies were raw, and the scoops were half what Qdobagives you. Sure, you get chips and guac for free, but the quality and crummy attitude is a huge no for me. Read more
The food was ok. My complaint is with the owner/manager. Boy is he rude! He doesn't even acknowledge you're there. He rings... up your order, hands you your stuff and that's it. Not a hi, thanks for coming in....nothing. I wish I could say this onlyhappened once but he is like that every single time we go in. He is the reason we don't go very often! Not sure who they had working here tonight but the cashier was extremely unprofessional. I went in with my friends so that one... of us could get the Moe Monday special. The process where they make the food was fine but when we got to the checkout thecashier asked my friend what she ordered. My friend told her that she got the Moe Monday special bowl and then the cashieryelled at her and asked "what kind of meat" as if my friend was stupid. I came in with my wife and 6 kids; this lady, from the very moment we walked through the threshold of the door, had an attitude... because we were there! Normally this place is great but it was just ok at best. They were half scooping on the on the meat and topings. They guy who... rang us up acted annoyed when they didn't upsell you on stuff. I think he is the owner dosnt seam to be the nicest guy. Read more
Normally a big fan of Moe's but tonight's order was a complete disaster. We spent $49.36 and got short changed in so many ways.... We payed for double meat on 3 orders and got what you see in the pics below. We got chips for each order but no salsa (4meals - no salsa). We ordered a kid meal and they failed to include the apple juice and cookie. This is way to much money forthat that kind of service and product we received. Save your money and go to Texas Roadhouse for less when this quarantineends. Read more
