Meeting another couple for dinner on a Tues evening, about 5pm. Arrived ahead of them and were seated. No problem. Then Conner... introduced himself as our server. So just to be clear, our visit was not great but it was ALL about timing. Nothing else. Thefood was great, the service quality was great, the restaurant was clean and nice....but the timing was terrible. We were thereover 2.5 hours because EVERYTHING took forever. From the time we placed orders, the salad took 20 minutes, the entrees were 20min longer, the drink refills were 10 min or so, getting the check was 15 min, getting a box was 10 min, getting the check splitwas 15 min. It was ridiculous. We couldn't help thinking, how could it possibly take so long for every single thing we needed. It wasn't like one thing; it was EVERYTHING. We had arrived with a kinda time deadline because we had a 2 hour drive home, andthat time was blown away halfway through the meal. Not sure if it was a staffing thing or a training thing but I could nevercome back here unless I had the entire evening free with no time expectations. Obviously, that's rare, so I probably won't givethem another chance. Shame, too, because the food is so good. Read more

We ordered the pasta special. I had to ask for extra sauce as it was very dry. Even with the extra sauce it was still a little... dry. My husband got the one with mushroom sauce. He liked it, later (we took leftovers home) he heated up his pasta and saw alot of oil in his dish. Same here for my pasta. The waitress was very nice. If we go back to Olive Garden we'd pick somethingelse to eat. Read more

I’m a fan and will be back; however, I don’t recall ever having as poor of a dining service experience as I had this... evening. Table of 4 on a Thursday night and was not busy. They were very polite and took our order promptly but very littleright from there. 3 of the 4 guest ordered alcohol and were served promptly but twenty minutes later the one non alcoholic orderwas still not served. Salad and breadsticks were also forgotten until we mentioned it as the waiter informed us entrees we’regetting ready to come out. Ordered no onions on salad, extra dressing and croutons on the side, and Alfredo dipping. Salad camefull of onions, no Alfredo, no extra croutons, and no extra dressing. Asked again for a salad without onions and never came.Entrees served about two minutes after bread and salad and little right there either. One entree was complete wrong dish and hadto be remade. One was half correct and had to be corrected. The other two were accurate. Following the meal, very littleacknowledgement of the disaster the service was. No price break—which is fine as we weren’t trying to get a free meal butwill say when I had a much less of a problem experience at Fridays they sent out a manager to apologize and gave us a freedesert. And when did restaurants stop sending managers around to check on customers’ experiences? Not just here but otherthan Fridays I don’t recall seeing managers moving through restaurants checking on customers anymore. I have a family of fourand can’t get out of Olive Garden without spending $100 anymore and that’s without alcohol. That’s fine but when payingthat much would be nice to get decent service and see more effort to ensure customers are taken care of. Again, I’m a fan andwill be back but hope this is seen by the OG management staff and helps to drive some improvement. Read more

Love olive garden… now hate this location. We had to wait for a table which was fine but we overheard the weight staff say it... was because they did not want to clean tables. Our waiter did not seem overly busy but somehow we could not get service. Nodrink refills or more of anything. Yea was basically water and my husbands 20 dollar seafood Alfredo was rotten. Will notreturn! Read more

Great service. Our waiter did an excellent job ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our lunch. The food was... great, and fairly priced for the quality and size of our meals. Can't say a negative thing about our entire experience here. Will definitely return. Read more

We arrived to an almost empty parking lot and almost empty restaurant. Maybe about 10 diners in there. So you can imagine my... surprise when I told them we needed a table for two and was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. We almost turned around andleft as there were 3 other people waiting ahead of us. Next time we will not be staying. No explanation was offered when Ipointed out all the empty tables. The people at the front just turned and talked to each other ... In another language... NotEnglish. Read more

The service was good but the food I can't say the same about. I ordered Chicken Alfredo on angel hair pasta. Sounds simple don't... it? I don't know what was on top of my Alfredo sauce but it sure didn't taste like chicken, some kind of imitation want to bechicken yeah maybe but not chicken Read more

The food wasn’t as good as it use to be. It tasted reheated and processed. The menu is much smaller than it use to be.... Breadsticks were cold. Refills took a long time to happen. Overall it was a good meal but not worth the price. Quick serviceItalian food is just as good as what they are serving here. Portions are smaller quality is way down. This was a very nice placeto grab a meal. I don’t feel that way anymore. I hope it was just a bad experience as I use to enjoy this place. Read more
