The food and service have gone down hill. We have had issues the last three times we have picked up food from here. One visit... the white rice was so dried out and hard it was not edible. The next visit the greens were extremely bitter and the orangechicken and sweet fire chicken were extremely bland. The last trip I placed a mobile order since it always takes a while to bewaited on if you go inside. I ended up having to go back because they didn't put everything in the bag. We won't be back. Stopped in for dinner about 30 minutes before closing food was absolutely delicious. Didn't have any rangoons which was... disappointing because we love those. Staff was really nice. Restaurant was clean. Read more

Haven?t been here in a few years so I was looking forward to it but, was disappointed. They were out of orange chicken, served... my husband and myself chow mein that was burnt, was told chicken eggrolls would take five minutes so we settled for springrolls that were horrible. Gave one star for the Beijing beef, it was good. Serving burnt food is Unacceptable! And the reasonI?m writing this review. Read more

They used to be pretty good. Slow but good! Idk what happened the last few times we have went it has been terrible..... I mean... bad and they have a problem with getting the orders correct...... So if you take a gamble eating here at least check to makesure you are getting the garbage you paid for.... Maybe try Plainfield Indiana .it's been a few years since I've been but theywere always amazing! This place needs help......... Read more

Food is great, service is good now and they have a friendly staff. Things have changed alot since covid with staffing issues but... this place is trying, please be patient with them. Sometimes I see only 2 or 3 people running the whole place but they get itdone, so cut them some slack. Thanks for reading my reviews and enjoy your meal. Read more

Ok, I love panda but this location just isn?t it. I also never do reviews because I just don?t take time out of my day to do so... but i?m tired of coming here and having a bad experience. The first few times I let it slide but is it normal to have a hugepiece of cabbage in the lo-mein? like seriously it?s more cabbage then lo-mein always. Read more

This place always has good food, but the poor staff need some more help! There are never enough people here to keep up with the... demand. Creates long wait times and apparently not enough people to deal with this crazy mess in the lobby! UPDATE: Mess in thelobby gone but seems like these poor workers are even MORE understaffed. GM of this store, please please get these guys somehelp!!! Only three staff here and the drive through and the lobby is always packed!!! Read more

We ordered in the drive thru, and the line was incredibly long, we waited for almost 20 minutes. They repeated our order back at... the speaker which was nice, and when we pulled up to window almost everything was present and correct. However, the girl workingthe window, Renee, was very distracted and barely paid any attention to us. She was talking and laughing with the other workersand didn?t say two words to us. We had asked for extra teriyaki at the speaker and didn?t get any, so we asked again at thewindow and also for some sweet and sour sauce. She gave us the teriyaki, and then blindly grabbed another sauce (not sweet andsour, but the plum sauce pictured) to hand us. We knew the sweet and sour usually comes in a cup but we didn?t question it whenshe handed us packets instead. We were very upset to to be blown off and to have incorrect service because of it.
