Ordered door dash as no one in my family could go out. Our order was incomplete when we received it. We were missing a sandwich.... We called the location and they were unwilling to make any arrangements to deliver our sandwich. I'm convinced that thediligence and accuracy of these employees is greatly lacking. I'm normally not the type of person to leave a negative review, but the customer service was definitely lacking. I get you guys... are short staffed, but don't take it out on your customers by being standoff-ish and rude. The young lady that took my paymentand gave me the food was one of two employees that I interacted with and she was standoff-ish to the point she seemed annoyed Ieven chose the restaurant in the first place. The gentleman that took my order was worse and was blatantly annoyed and it showedplain as day in his tone of voice. On the matter of food, it was nothing to write home about. The tots were good and fresh. Thechicken bites had very little sauce, not sure if it was a policy change or just line rushing to get it out, but all in allmediocre at best. This is the fourth sonic location in the country I've gone to (none are local to me unless I want to drive45mins, but I've gone to two in Missouri and now two here in Indiana due to how often I travel long distance for work) and thislocation by far is the worst that I have tried out of them all. Prior to this visit I've gotten amazing customer service andgreat food every single time from each restaurant. First and definitely last time going to this one, especially since there areat least 6 other food options all within eyeshot of the location, two of which I have had amazing customer service at. TL;DR Iget you're stressed because you aren't paid enough and are short staffed, but even a fake smile for the sake of customer servicewill definitely go a long way in getting return visitors.
