I go here every day and love it. Sometimes though 1/4 or 1/3 of my drink is missing because they over steam it because they're... in a hurry. They usually just offer one to make up for it. It's super annoying that it keeps happening. I have to order my drinklike Luke warm so that I get the entire drink! Other than that the service is exceptional! No bagged coffee take home in stock. Can't seem to keep everything stocked up and it's not just this s.b. but all of them. Why... can't you keep coffee stock on the shelf.? We make one trip a week to buy coffee . is there a shortage or what. Read more
