I go here every day and love it. Sometimes though 1/4 or 1/3 of my drink is missing because they over steam it because they're... in a hurry. They usually just offer one to make up for it. It's super annoying that it keeps happening. I have to order my drinklike Luke warm so that I get the entire drink! Other than that the service is exceptional! Always super fresh coffee and drinks, blended perfectly. Flavorful grilled cheese sandwich and pastries. Awesome baristas!
No bagged coffee take home in stock. Can't seem to keep everything stocked up and it's not just this s.b. but all of them. Why... can't you keep coffee stock on the shelf.? We make one trip a week to buy coffee . is there a shortage or what. Read more

Incredibly busy store! Barista says it's the busiest in the district. In spite of that, the staff was in good spirits and acted... professionally. Fast and efficient service. Order with multiple special requests was delivered with no errors. If you're reallyin a hurry and you can leave your car for a few minutes, it's best to park and go inside for faster service. Usually, my drinks from here are always great. But, today I had a Carmel Ribbon Crunch and I was not satisfied. I didn?t taste... any crunch, there was hardly any caramel, and all I tasted was milk.. not anything else but just milk, absolutely no flavor. The service was good though, very fast and they were very kind. But please do better! Read more
