Literally just sat here for 30 minutes waiting on something that I ordered on the app. Ordered one (1) drink on the app and sat... here in the store for another 30 minutes after ordering ahead. We attempted to get a pumpkin cream cold brew and a mocha frappe but they were out of pumpkin stuff. That was disappointing but... whatever, we still got the mocha frappe. It was the worst mocha frappe I've ever had. I don't know if they completely forgot themocha part or what but it sucked. I rarely ever get anything coffee related, and maybe stop at Starbucks twice a year and thiscertainly was an all around disappointment, especially for $6! Read more
We were traveling home and have never been to this Starbucks before. The staff was very pleasant and we got our coffee quickly... so we could get back on the road. They also knew I messed up my husbands order and used their coffee vibes to know and make himthe right thing without even knowing it. Read more
I was impressed by the service here at this particular Starbucks. As we ordered coffee, the man there noticed we were signing.... He started to sign as well (asl). There are not enough places to actually accommodate hearing impaired people and this justimpressed me and made my moms day. Thank you Starbucks. Read more
Overall it is a good spot to visit. Stays pretty busy, so don't expect to have your order immediately. Drive thru seems to take... priority over walk in orders. But staff friendly and definitely working hard to get orders out. Read more
Quick service with helpful baristas. Tasty drinks and food. The cafe area was very clean, but both bathrooms had toilet paper... all over the floor and were generally not very clean. Read more
Always get good food here but lately it seems service and care are lacking. Food thrown in bag this morning with nothing else to... use to eat it and just over half cup of coffee. Not cool.
