I love their food. One sandwich is lunch and dinner for two days for me. It's just perfect. The tuna with black olives and bacon... on white bread is fantastic. So is the meatball sub with black olives, But I can't forget the Chicken with bacon and cheese withof course you guessed it black olives. Add a little ranch dressing, it's totally great. The service was excellent the new manager Brigitte is friendly and has the best customer service and attitude that I have ever... had in a restaurant in Terre Haute, for a minute I thought I was in a 4 or 5 star restaurant, my sub was made to look evenbetter than the pictures and in total I think it was no more than five minutes from the time I ordered to the time I was sittingand eating, I know the New manager Brigitte is supposed to be going to the Wabash store soon so I know that I will be a Newregular to her new store. The lady mopping didn?t wash her hand before starting to make sandwich?s for people. Their service was just very poor it seemed... like me ordering food was an inconvenience to the staff. Unfortunate when it?s literally your job to make food. Read more
I have to change my review because of how BAD my experience was a couple of days ago. First, I always go into Subway because... it's always faster than the drive-through. They always make my sandwich first since I'm standing right there. But on Friday,this was not the case! I walked in, and there was no one waiting at the counter. There were 3 workers at the front of therestaurant. I walked to the counter, and the only girl actually making sandwiches starts making 2 foot-long sandwiches, which Iassume was for the drive-through. I thought, "Fine, whatever. Someone else will help me." Nope! The other 2 were so "busy" withother things, they couldn't be bothered to help a customer! I walked out, and I won't be back! Customers should come first! Read more
I had a really great experience here! My order was correct and since I was in the drive thru she repeated everything back to me... which I really appreciated. I really love the sweet onion chicken, and it was excellent as always. I was here around noon whichwas relatively busy and I had to wait a little longer than expected, which is understandable. Waited so long in the drive thru line. I mean a solid ten minutes. And then my sandwich comes out looking like this. This is... supposed to be everything on it? None of my veggies are cold. Theres no mayo on it. Or vinegar and oil. This is the mostpathetic sandwich i have ever seen come from a subway. And im a frequent customer.
