Used to be a regular at this location but I don't think I will be going back. I was trying to get breakfast this morning. I... showed up a few minutes before 11, when breakfast ends. I go to order, and they tell me that they are no longer servingbreakfast, but I point out that it's not 11 yet, a new person hopped on the speaker and said that we could still get breakfast.I tried to order one item and then they tell me that they already threw all of the eggs away. They tried to offer me free foodfrom their regular menu, but I only eat their breakfast. Had a large order, got it all and it was all correct but three types of burritos were all wrapped identically. Had to open all... the wrappers and all the burritos which makes a major mess to figure out what is what. Read more
Just got home and checked my bag, I'm missing two items that I purchased. I know that keeping drive time down is a goal at tb,... but at least have people orders correct when rushing them out of your drive thru. We won't be back. Read more
Check your food before you leave the building. My usual order is a soft party pack add sour cream no tomatoes because my... daughter and i are allergic. This has caused many issues with the store as they say it's cheaper to put it in as Supreme, butthey always end up putting tomatoes on it anyway. Because I said I'm allergic to tomatoes every single time I put the order in.I've already contacted corporate about it once, but today's issue 5/16/22, my tacos from my party pack from last night, 1 taco'scheese is on the outside of the taco (see picture). Another Taco has only the meat inside and nothing else. I'm scared to seewhat the rest of the box looks like. I did order other things last night not just the party pack, which is why I'm eating thetacos now instead of last night. Everything else is fine tacos are the easiest thing to make I know this because I want to talkabout for almost 3 years. I still remember how to make a taco. It's fine I'll just fix it myself ~~5min later I checked the restof the box. Even recorded myself opening the remaining tacos to prove I didn't do anything to them.
