I go to this taco bell almost weekly and they manage to screw up my simple 5$ order EVERY SINGLE TIME... I order no sour cream... and one burrito is clear but second one has sour cream. Its almost impossible to do that. Blatant disregard for customersatisfaction. Its a snails pace to get food and then its wrong. Almost laughable about how bad this is at making simplefood... Was greeted with a smile upon entering and helped within a minute. Cashier well mannered and polite at the register. There was... an error and our food took longer than expected, but before explaining they offered extra food to make up for it. They have signage stating that their team members wear gloves and masks, that?s a lie. The gentleman at the window was wearing... neither. Otherwise, the wait was short. However, the amount of chicken in the chalupa was kind of sad. Read more
