I?m absolutely disgusted and disappointed. First off when I pulled in the young lady said, ?welcome to Taco Bell.? Then I had to... pull up and wait for my food which is fine?until I got home. My food was cold and my fries had literally a pound of salt onthem. This Wendy?s location just gets worse and worse. Even my sweet and sour packet was squashed and damaged. When you've gotta wait over 20 minutes in drive thru, that's a serious issue that needs to be addressed. Fast food isn't fast... anymore. Just done in because as slow as they are, you'll be waiting a long while. Read more
The fries were cold and had salt on them, after requesting no salt. The people were so slap happy that they didn't provide good... customer service. Normally, customer service is better at this location. Read more
Sat in line for over 20 minutes. They didn?t even acknowledge the car at the speaker until after 10 minutes. Jumped out of line... and no cars were waiting at the windows and everyone in there was being lazy and standing around. Urgency and customer servicedefinitely lack at this location, and management needs to address the productivity instead of paying low life?s to stand aroundand not actually do their job. Calling corporate on Monday (since they can?t even have a weekend hotline) to inform them of thesituation and to demand a call back, because apparently someone needs a training opportunity. Read more
Very friendly service, especially the young woman that helped us, Alexis I believe was her name. We used the drive through, food... was hot and fresh, wait time was appropriate. I used coupons and saved even more, they've got lots of great deals on their appas well. Read more
