This is, hands down? One of the BEST fast food places I have been in, in a long time. So impressed with Everyone in that place... today around 4 pm Nov 13th 2022. Every employee on shift was going above and beyond!! They did everything by the corporatemanual. Food was made fresh, employees were knowledgeable, friendly smiled, greeted me right away, did the upsell and didn't tryand press me when I declined. Came right back to the register when I went and asked for more mustard. I was very impressed witheveryone at this location. I can not remember the last time I was so thrilled with a fast food meal. The manager on duty andEvery staff member should be acknowledged that was working tonight. I'm retired after a life of Fast Food Management. It's nextto impossible to impress me with any restaurant. Let alone fast food places. When I encounter an over the top, by the book one?Which is so rare today? I Must give you a shining review. People read these things today. They rely on other customers opinions.I love to give Honest reviews and not all of mine are so happy positive or praise heaping as this one. After visiting white castle yesterday I can firmly say I will never go back. The manager Gabe was super rude to me at the... counter and I could hear him making racial jokes from behind the counter. Not only that but he was super rude when I ordered andmade me never wanna come back, which I won’t be. Do better White Castle. Read more
There are no White Castles where we're from and my S.O. and son hadn't had it ever so we stopped by the drive-thru so they could... try it. My daughter and I are gluten-free due to sensitivities, but we had one as well for the novelty. We just got a four packso we could each have one as an appetizer before eating dinner elsewhere. The food was hot and fresh and better than theexperience I'd had at a different location the previous time I'd had it (years ago). Where we ended up having dinner wasn't asgood and we ended up wishing we'd just eaten here. I do wish they had a gluten free bun option. Read more
So awesome love this place every time i come home. Ordered a crave case that was half onion half not it came with 4 boxes of... fries and also got the double cheeseburgers. Placed a mobile order just at open and had the food fairly quickly. Used the bathroom before picking up my order. Doesn't look... like the fixtures haven't seen a brush in a long time. The floor outside the bathroom was visibly dirty. If I hadn't alreadyplaced and paid for the order, I would have walked out. Read more
First time trying White Castle finally, I enjoyed the sliders well enough. The dining area was messy and the bathrooms looked... like they hadn't been cleaned in many years. This particular store needs some freshening up. Read more
