Trying out another Thai/Japanese restaurant while in Terre Haute , In. I tried something different. I ordered mango Shrimp, it... came with hot and sour. This is a regular date night place for my S/O and I. We absolutely love it every single time and try something new every time as... well. A little pricey, but you truly get what you pay for here.. you can watch them make your sushi right in front of you attheir sushi bar. Will be going here as much as possible. Read more
I LOVED THE FOOD. (Mind you i enjoy good Asian food) The soup was delicious, and the salad gave me asian ceaser salad... flavors. Now to my itty bitty issues, my fish was over cooked, dry. You can see they put WAY to much sauce on the fish, no doubttrying to cover or mask the dryness. And what you see in my bento box is exactly what I got, they give you this BIG box, withlittle servings in it. THE MENU, now understand they DO NOT have their liquor license. That put sake bombs out of the picturequick! And I know advertising you want BRIGHT AND BIG. But man the menu is slightly overwhelming. 5 pages too choose from. Theyoften repeat things, to switch and add too them. I guess it'll just take some time getting used too! The staff did beautiful,she did keep coming back to take my order even tho i told her it would be a bit. But that's good service, so how can Icomplain! Give it a go, and tell me what you think!???? OMG, best sushi I have ever had. Very clean and elegant yet casual restraunt. The best place in Terre Haute for sushi/Asian... food. The staff is the friendliest I've ever seen and always clearing your table as well as making sure you have everything youwant. Prices are very reasonable. They also have kids meals like chicken nuggets for your little ones. Also a surprise to me,the best salad and seaweed soup ever as well. Nothing compares to Zeng. Try it you will not be disappointed. Loved it. Ordered the Bento box with Steak. That and the sushi was worth the trip!
It was a very nice experience. We loved the pineapple chicken fried rice and we liked the cashew shrimp. We ordered three... different signature rolls (Zeng roll, Dragon roll and Godzilla roll) and we enjoyed them all. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Read more
Absolutely superb food here! The sushi was extremely tasty and the chicken and broccoli lunch special that I got was some of the... best overall chicken and broccoli I have ever had. The brown sauce was perfect and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Plus,fresh broccoli all day. The fried rice was super fresh and perfectly portioned to the plate. I will definitely be back! Amazing sushi!!!!! Whenever my husband and I go, we always get one (or two depending on how hungry we are) sushi rolls and an... entree to split. Sometimes an appetizer too. Their crab rangoons are fresh and delicious. Our favorite sushi roll is the Monstertuna. Read more
