We go to this Ben & Florentine often and we'll this morning Nov 6 was the last time we come here. Service was really bad. We... waited 1 hour before we ate. Our plates were on the kitchen counter for a long time. We heard the chef say to the waitressesthat they need to take the plates away ASAP as they don't have space for the others. Ish. The staff is amazing but the food was very eh in quality.
Manger is incredibly rude, super agressif, complains that she doesn?t bother being nice cause shes payed minimum. insulted us in... front of the whole restraunt, never respected the 2m distance; yelling. Over all a horrible person Read more
There are days service is fast and there are days it's slow. But food is always excellent!
Come here every weekend 2x a week, and this is definitely my go to breakfast place. They cook the food perfectly and the staff... is absolutely the sweetest. Love that they acknowledge that im a regular (never been one anywhere else). Still respectfultowards me even though i only speak english. Billy and Maria are amazing servers. Not sure how to put it in words about this restaurant, but I will try. The staff here are friendly and some of them speak... English which is nice. From where I was setting I?m Not sure if 1 of the chief had a off day or something but I keep hearingfrom the waitress to the chief that he keep get his order wrong . The food is ok, not bad but not good either. I always enjoyedtheir small potatoes fries. The wait time for the food was a bit long. I had the Big Ben breakfast which was ok. My bacons werecook properly. My applesauces was terrible , it was taste nothing but sugar. I forgot what my mom meal called but she told methat her poach eggs was not cooked properly and her toast with stuff on it was too sugary for her liking. Most of the food hereis overpriced for what it is. The smoothie are ok, they taste fresh and prices reasonable at 5$ plus tax ( the prices are likemy past reviews of Fresh Fresh Cafe ) It a shame I really wanted to like this place. But the long wait time for food and theoverpriced food, not sure if I will come back again. Read more
