Im changing my previous 1 star review to 5 stars as to error is human and Casa grecque was very fast in addressing my complaint... and taking care of their valued customers. From Denis at the head office to Roxanne and Zachary at the restaurant completing thechain of professionalism we were very pleased with the second presentation and experience that they offered us.Looking forwardto visiting you again. Thank you. Previous 1 star review=Very disappointing experience. The staff would get 4 stars as they arepolite and professional however it was a pick up order and unfortunately the food I picked up was no good. Nobody enjoyed it.Ourpitas are burned including the meat inside. They got the order wrong also.Very small portion off rice and potatoes.Besides thepita the container was practically empty.I go to the other casa grecque on a regular basis and this was my first visit to thislocation. if you are hungry DO NOT EAT here. i was looking for a nice greek wine & dine experience and got nothing but a scoop of mexican... rice and mashed disintegrated lobster pieces that were seasoned with salad dressing. no lemon wedge for my fish. i feel like iwas abandoned in the corner with my trashy food waitress didn't pay us no attention. they told me they would give somethingformy birthday. i got a baklava cake that was harder than bone tasted like old fridge and apple pie that it was sitting next too .overall i feel robbed im on my way to get something to eat im still hungry . If you’re looking for a place to eat keep scrolling because I promise you’re not eating here. When you think you’re gonna... eat Greek food they’re serving you a ball of Mexican rice with Poutine sauce on the side and some baklava cake that’s somushy you can’t even cut it on your birthday. They’re serving you two (2) small bread… as your ENTRY. Eating here made mewanna hit the McDonald’s drive thru and get myself a mcdouble. I swear. They can’t even serve you a slice of lemon on theside for your seafood that’s how cheap it is. I’m writing this as I’m sitting waiting for my bill. Find better Read more

So horrible. I asked for no meat in a spaghetti and I got a meat filled sauce! I sent it back to receive a new spagetti with... meat sauce. Then they charged me for the spagetti i didnt even eat. I was very disappointed and because i was with husbands workand busy taking care of my two kids. husband ended up paying for the spagetti when I saw I mentioned it and they said they weretoo busy for a refund but would give me a credit or card to eat next time... i did not even accept because i refuse to goback!
