Worst service ever. I’ve never gone somewhere and had such poor service. Not at any moment did someone come check see if we... needed water or drinks. We didn’t even have napkins or utensils when our food arrived I had to chase the waiter for drinks andutensils. It took an hour to get a plate of raw steak and salmon tartar … it took 30 mins to get our bill. The food wasn’teven that good. The place wasn’t even full. I have patience if it’s a super busy evening and it’s a rush.. but there’s alimit . I do not recommend this restaurant. Read more
Everything was terrible. Food was terribly late, not even hot. Even something as simple as a drink tasted wrong. Waited an... unbelievable amount of time for food to arrive. Missing cutlery. Had to ask multiple times for a glass of water. Ended up askinganother waiter for a jug & glasses for the people with me. They have mosquitoes inside. They played Spice Girls music so forthat I give them one star. Read more
Dining here was unfortunately a very bad experience and I was ashamed by the attitude the staff had towards customers other then... myself from reading the reviews. They were absolutely condescending and failed to provide a safe space for their clients bytolerating hate speech derogatory comments towards woman and ignoring racist remarks. I witnessed these events unfold and wasshocked by the lack of attention and sensitivity management displayed. We are in 2022 and should not allow racism to be in opendisplay with no consequences. This was my first restaurant that I been into since the start of Covid. Let’s start with the good points. Are waiter was very... nice and friendly. Did not felt like being rush to eat fast for the next group of people. Secondly, the food here is good, beenhere before and still no regrets about the quality of food here. Now the bad, if this is how restaurant are gonna be like postCovid, not many restaurants will survive. The portions are ridiculously small. My so-called half portion of Ribs felt like itwas it was 1/4 portion. And there was no coleslaw in my plate. I could get the larger size at my local grocery store at the sameprice as a half. When I was here 2 years ago a half size felt like a real meal plus it had coleslaw. I wouldn’t mind playingmore if the portion size were justified. At this time I would not come back just on portion alone. Maybe once Covid is over andportion size are back to normal or if prices go down. Read more
Food was okay. The waitress Mel started great I could say, even tho she offered me a drink that was not available anymore and... only told me when she brought us my BF's drink so I had to wait for mine. At the end we just want to pay and leave and she wasnowhere to be found. A bit upsetting as she gave us the bill but couldn't come back or wait for us to pay right away. Oh well weknow where not to spend our money. Read more
