They messed up my order and refuse to fix it!
I usually don't like sushi shop but I ate there with my Godfather and enjoyed my food
Several times we ordered from this shop and once there was 10 pieces missing. This time there were 13 missing! When I called,... they told me I had to return with the 137 sushi?s (we ordered 150) so they could count it?! So I had to drive all the way back,as I was taking the sushi out of my car, the tray dropped and thankfully only one fell on the ground! When I went in, theystarted counting it and counting it - even took a calculator and all?! I told them I wouldn?t be here if I wasn?t telling thetruth - do you think I gave to time for this back and forth? I asked them to replace the one that fell, she told me that shewould give me three pieces for that one, and for my inconvenience, she would add 5 more pieces (total of 8 extra pieces). Iended up getting the 13 missing pieces I paid for plus 3 - not 8 extra. It?s really too bad because the sushi is exceptional -but the service not so good unfortunately. Read more
Best sushi in at least 50km radius! Great staff, fast and outstanding service.
Not worth the money, ramen miso soup was blan and we saw the person in the back cook the noodles in the MICROWAVE that's a huge... mistake. Meat was of poor quality and my rice was cold. 30$ for two peoples 20 minutes to get served. I've tasted alot of ramensand phò soups around the city and I'll definitely not recommend people to come here for soups. Left our meals half eaten andwalked out still hungry. Read more
From my past experience, Sushi Shop was not equivalent of fresh delicious sushi. However, this one completely changed my mind.... The sushi are great and the taste is amazing! I would recommend it to anyone who is graving for great sushi. The staff andservice is excellent. Read more
