Follow up to my original posted review. After being invited to contact them by email regarding my review I did so on Feb 23.... They never even bothered replying to my email and have no real interest in their customers. They only post replies on Google mapas a fake way of showing concerne for customer experience and will not actually follow up with you. Ordered general tao chickenand got very expensive rice instead. Service was good as cashier was polite and friendly. Didn't wait to long. Got the containerfound it was small but ok it's general tao chicken after all and taste was ok.Then after 2 bites all I see under the row ofchicken is a container full full full of rice. Honestly I'm torn, theres a great base to their poke bowls but mine were missing spicy mayo aswell as the sweet maple sauce at... the bottom. I know you can order more and add yourself but it's the first time I've had this little. It's like ordering asalad and getting teaspoon of dressing and having to pay for another 2 teaspoons. We ordered 1 duo of salmon amd one spicysalmon. The portion of salmon was a joke, you can taste the freshness of the ingredients aswell as respect the process it takesto make a poke bowl however amount of salmon was very disappointing. I read other reviews saying the portion size is smallwhich for 17$ just for the bowl would qualify as a good but expensive light lunch especially when there are other ethnic cuisinerestaurants in the immediate vicinity that offer portions 4 times the size for 2$ less but that isn't the point of my review. The restaurant was clean and service was adequate however even with the work that goes into making a delicious artistic pokebowl the value was not there. I can't blame the restaurant as it may be corporate pricing and the fact that there is littlecompetition in the area let's them charge what they want. All in all if someone in my party was going I would still eat herebut know in advance what I need to add to my order in order to be satisfied. Read more
