This is probably the worst chili's I've ever had. Got a Togo order and was home before the time stated it would be ready and I'd... hardly consider the buffalo chicken luke warm. I got the ribeye with loaded mash potatoes & subbed out broccoli for street corn. All was good. Corn was a bit cold but good.... Service was nice & attentive. Beats the 1.5 hour wait at Roadhouse. Read more
We ate here tonight for the second time ever hoping it would be better than the first time but sadly it was not. They?re either... severely understaffed or their servers are just inattentive because it takes forever to get anything even refills. I don?t know why all the bad reviews but our food today was good and fresh but the best was the staff?s attention and great... great service tonight. The hostess was prompt and courteous. The runner was quick and accurate and Ashley, our waitress, wassuperb, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. The best Chili?s service I ever had! Thank you! Read more
To be charged an extra dollar for a side salad in place of a second side this is absurd. I will never go back to this... chilis.. Edit. After trying the steak I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Attached are pictures of what they consider a side salad - maybe 7 pieces of lettuce along with a portion of rice that took my... husband 3 spoonfuls to eat and that steak was supposed to be medium rare, so yeah don?t waste your time or money if you wantsomething to go. Read more
Kincade was a great bartender on Saturday night I was with a few friends getting drinks since we didn?t want to go into dfw to... get them so we stopped by this location.
